Shipping, Delivery and Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email. We start preparing your order as soon as we receive your payment. Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We may ship orders without own private delivery service. A signature, and/or ID verification of the addressee may be required at the time of delivery. Most orders delivered within Qatar in 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3PM will be delivered the next day between 6 – 10 PM. Deliveries placed before 3PM will be same day deliveries.
Expected transit times are typically very accurate, however if you have not received your package within 5 calendar days from the date quoted in your order tracking email, kindly get in touch with us via Whatsapp. Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed.
Our fulfillment location is based in Doha, Qatar.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of date of delivery.
Only items that are in their original packaging, still intact and show no signs of use may be returned or exchanged. Inner-wear and other personal garments and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
A full or partial refund will be transferred after our team has inspected the item. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be in a condition that is deemed un-resellable. A full or partial refund may be made in the original form of payment, alternatively a store credit voucher may be offered.
All customers must bear the cost of return shipping (QR 50).
Refunds will be made in the same method of payment as the original transaction. For electronic payments this may take up to 14 days.
Our policy on returns is final. However, we do make every effort to ensure full customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, kindly reach out to us via email.
Kindly note that The Cure W.L.L. fully complies with regulations of the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Qatar.
In case of any dispute, the decision of The Cure W.L.L. will be considered binding.
